Processing times may vary during holidays or high order volume periods.

Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping speed

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery times typically range from:

3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Lost or Delayed Packages

10-8 Roasters is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

If a package appears lost, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
