Thank you for purchasing from 10-8 Roasters. We take pride in providing high-quality coffee products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally do not accept returns on opened coffee products.

However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Defective

please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • The item is lost in transit

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We may offer replacements for damaged or defective items if inventory is available.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for returns:

  • Used products

  • Gift cards

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
